Spicy adult truffles for a decadent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 250g good-quality dark chocolate, chopped
  • 80ml thickened cream
  • 1/4 tsp ground chilli
  • 20.00 ml cinnamon sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine the chocolate and cream in a heatproof bowl. Set the bowl over simmering water, ensuring it doesn't touch the water, and stir frequently until melted.
  • Gently fold the chili into the mixture. Chill in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally, for 2 hours or until it's firm enough to shape.
  • Prepare a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Shape heaped teaspoonfuls of the mixture into balls and place on the tray. Chill in the fridge until firm.
  • Quickly roll the balls to create a smooth surface, then coat them in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Chill before serving.
