Indulgent microwave fudge infused with white baking chips, cinnamon bun frosting, and graham crackers, perfect for a quick and easy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package cinnamon bun frosting
  • 2 cups white baking chips
  • 1.5 cups coarsely broken cinnamon graham crackers
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9-inch baking pan by lining it with aluminum foil, ensuring there is an overhang on both sides, and then generously grease the foil with cooking spray.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix cinnamon bun frosting, white baking chips, and butter. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the chips are completely melted.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract and salt with the frosting, then gently add the graham crackers. Evenly spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Refrigerate until solid, approximately 1 hour. Lift the edges of the aluminum foil to release from the pan, then slice into squares.
