Delicious graham cracker base topped with cinnamon toffee and walnuts for a crunchy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 12 cinnamon graham crackers
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and grease a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan.
  • Place cinnamon graham crackers snugly in a single layer at the bottom of the pan, then evenly scatter the walnuts over them. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Cook until it starts to boil, then let it bubble for 3 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and pour over the crackers.
  • Bake until golden and bubbly at the edges, about 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Let cool in the pan, then break into pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
