Easy cinnamon roll monkey bread: refrigerated dough rolled in butter, cinnamon-sugar for a delicious breakfast!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (12.4 ounce) package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough with icing
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  • First, ensure your icing packet is readily available. Next, slice each cinnamon roll into quarters. Dip the quarters into the melted butter, coat them in cinnamon-sugar, and arrange them in the pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the dough has risen and the top is golden brown. Drizzle icing over the top and let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then turn the monkey bread out onto a plate and serve warm.
