Irresistible cinnamon roll waffles, a breakfast delight sure to impress!
Ingredients:
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1.5 cups warm milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup butter, softened
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Heat up the waffle iron as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, white sugar, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. In another bowl, mix warm milk, 1/3 cup melted butter, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Combine the milk mixture with the flour mixture until you have a slightly lumpy and just moistened batter.
  • Pour the batter into the hot waffle iron, cooking in batches if needed, until golden brown and no steam is visible, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Combine brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in a small bowl to create the delicious cinnamon topping.
  • In a medium bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until smooth and creamy for the cream cheese topping.
  • Lay the waffles on a plate and generously drizzle with the delightful cinnamon and cream cheese mixtures.
