Quick and easy cinnamon rolls made with a bread machine dough, baked to perfection in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 0.25 cup water at room temperature
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 0.5 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 teaspoons milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Create the dough effortlessly in a bread machine by adding milk, water, melted butter, egg, bread flour, pudding mix, sugar, salt, and yeast in the recommended order. Run the Dough cycle and take out the dough when the cycle completes, approximately 90 minutes later.
  • Prepare the filling by combining brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon in a bowl until mixed. Then, butter a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a 17x10-inch rectangle. Evenly spread 1/2 cup of softened butter over the dough, then generously sprinkle the brown sugar mixture on top.
  • Roll the dough over the filling into a log, then slice the log into sixteen 1-inch pieces. Arrange the slices, cut-sides up, in the prepared pan. Allow them to rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, approximately 45 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Bake rolls in the oven until beautifully golden for 15 to 20 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
  • Once the rolls have cooled, prepare the frosting by mixing confectioners' sugar, softened butter, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla together until smooth. Spread the frosting over the warm rolls.
