Delicious homemade cinnamon pumpkin seeds - a sweet and crispy autumn snack using leftover pumpkin seeds, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, then evenly spread the mixture on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for around 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seeds start to turn golden brown. Let them cool.
