Baked sweet potato chips: A healthier alternative to traditional chips, perfect for pairing with sandwiches or enjoying on their own.
Ingredients:
  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease two baking sheets.
  • Place sweet potato slices evenly on baking sheets. Combine butter, salt, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl, then brush this mixture onto the sweet potato slices.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until edges are curled upwards, for 20-25 minutes.
