Make easy, delicious coffee shop-style scones with only four ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 box (13.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Streusel Muffin & Quick Bread Mix
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a large cookie sheet with cooking spray or line it with cooking parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together milk and egg white until smooth. Mix in muffin mix and 1/2 cup oats until just combined (the dough will be sticky).
  • Shape the dough into an 8-inch round, about 1/2 inch thick on a cookie sheet using floured fingers. Break up any lumps in the streusel from the muffin mix and mix it with 2 tablespoons of oats. Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the dough, then cut the dough into 8 wedges and slightly separate them.
  • Bake until golden brown, then serve warm.
