Cinnamon-Oat Scones

Make effortless coffee-shop scones with sugar and spice using only four ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box (13.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Streusel Muffin & Quick Bread Mix
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a large cookie sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine whipping cream and egg until smooth. Add muffin mix and 1/2 cup oats, mix until a sticky dough forms.
  • Form the dough into an 8-inch round on a cookie sheet, making it about 1/2 inch thick with floured fingers. Break up any clumps in the streusel from the muffin mix and combine it with 2 tablespoons of oats. Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the dough, then cut the dough into 8 wedges and gently separate them.
  • Bake until golden brown, 25-35 minutes. Serve warm.
