Elevate brunch with a stunning grapefruit, yogurt, and nut salad - a delicious harmony of flavors and textures.
Ingredients:
  • 3 red grapefruits
  • 8 oranges
  • 36 mint leaves (1 bunch)
  • 3 containers (5.3 oz each) Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachio nuts
Instructions:
  • Trim tops and bottoms from grapefruits and oranges. Carefully cut along the pith to remove the skin. Separate citrus sections by cutting between the membranes. Drain in a strainer to remove excess juice.
  • Prepare individual servings elegantly by layering in decorative glassware. Begin with a base of 3 to 5 grapefruit sections, followed by 3 mint leaves, a generous spoonful of yogurt, and approximately 8 orange sections. Top this with 2 more mint leaves, another dollop of yogurt, and a sprinkle of pistachio nuts for added texture and flavor. Enjoy the vibrant and refreshing combination of citrus and creamy yogurt in each delightful bite.
