Indulge in juicy chicken burgers topped with crispy bacon, fried eggs, and tangy tomato chutney.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Brand chicken mince
  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 125.00 ml dry breadcrumbs
  • 5 eggs, 1 lightly beaten
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 rashers bacon, rind removed
  • 4 Brand hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted
  • 125.00 ml grated cheese
  • Canned beetroot
  • Oak lettuce leaves, to serve
  • Tomato chutney, to serve
  • Oven fries, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine minced meat, finely diced onion, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and beaten egg in a bowl. Season generously. Shape the mixture into 4 patties using your hands.
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, fry patties until golden and fully cooked, 3-4 mins per side. Add a slice of cheese on top of each pattie and cook for an additional minute to melt the cheese.
  • Cook bacon and eggs in a non-stick pan over medium heat until done to your preference, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Place a bed of lettuce on each bun, layer with a chicken pattie, crispy bacon, beetroot, tangy tomato chutney, and a sunny-side-up egg. Accompany with a side of golden fries.
