Classic deviled eggs with a satisfying crunch from diced celery and onion.
Ingredients:
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped celery
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 pinch paprika, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Place eggs in a saucepan filled with cold water and bring to a gentle boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then drain and cool in cold water. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
  • Combine creamy mayonnaise, crisp celery, aromatic onion, tangy mustard, flavorful garlic powder, and zesty vinegar in a mixing bowl.
  • Peel and halve eggs vertically. Arrange whites on a plate. Mix yolks with mayonnaise until creamy.
  • Place the yolk mixture into a resealable plastic bag, cut a corner off the bag with scissors, and pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
