Elevate classic deviled eggs with ranch dressing mix and fresh chives for a crowd-pleasing appetizer that will vanish in seconds at any gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons dry ranch dressing mix (from 1-oz envelope)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
Instructions:
  • Place the eggs in a 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven in a single layer. Cover the eggs with water by 1 inch and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse the eggs with cold water, then transfer them to a bowl of ice water and let them sit for 10 minutes.
  • Gently tap the shell all over to crack it, then roll between your hands to loosen. Start peeling from the large end.
  • Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks into a medium bowl and mash them with a fork. Mix in the dressing mix, mayonnaise, and mustard with the yolks.
  • Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with fresh chives and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
