Elevate your fruit salad by serving it in a coconut shell for a tropical twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 coconut
  • Assorted fruit
Instructions:
  • Break the coconut in half by delicately tapping around the middle with a hammer. Make sure to drain any water.
  • Spread coconut yogurt on each half. Sprinkle with assorted seasonal fruits (kiwifruit, dragon fruit, raspberries, strawberries, banana, and blueberries) and fresh mint leaves. Finish by drizzling passionfruit pulp over the top before serving.
