Ingredients:
  • 100.00 gm jasmine rice
  • 375.00 gm water
  • 252.50 gm coconut cream
  • 36.00 gm sugar
  • 2 firm fuyu (persimmon)
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, combine the rice, water, and cream, then bring to a gentle boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the rice is cooked and the pudding is thick. Stir in the sugar.
  • Scoop out the fuyu from the skin, slice it, and remove the seeds. Drizzle with lime juice and enjoy with rice pudding.
