Indulge in creamy coffee ice cream loaded with chunks of glazed doughnuts for a decadent treat!
Ingredients:
  • 3 day-old glazed doughnuts, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 cup cold, strong, brewed coffee
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Arrange the doughnut pieces in a shallow dish in a single layer. Drizzle the coffee over the doughnuts, ensuring they absorb all the liquid. Freeze the dish.
  • Combine the remaining coffee with sugar, cream, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and vanilla in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer's instructions until the ice cream cycle is finished. Gently mix in the frozen doughnuts, then transfer the ice cream to a lidded plastic container. Cover the surface with plastic wrap and seal it. Let it mature in the freezer for at least 12 hours.
