Savory bacon, sweet pineapple, crisp bell peppers, and zesty pizza sauce on a delicious pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 6 strips turkey bacon or lean deli ham slices
  • 1 cup Contadina® Pizza Sauce or Pizza Squeeze
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (20 ounce) can Del Monte® Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice, well drained
  • 0.5 cup thinly sliced green or red bell pepper strips
  • 0.25 cup sliced green onion or diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a large baking sheet. Shape the dough into a 15x10-inch rectangle and crimp the edges as desired. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  • Fry bacon or deli ham in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until crispy; then crumble and set aside.
  • Evenly spread the luscious pizza sauce on the crust. Generously sprinkle with cheese and your favorite toppings. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is gooey and the crust is beautifully golden brown.
