Cookie Dough for Ice Cream (Eggless)

Upgrade vanilla ice cream with homemade cookie dough mix-in for a superior treat over store-bought versions. Note: recipe for cookie dough only.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 0.125 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
  • Combine brown sugar, white sugar, and butter in a bowl until smooth. Add vanilla and water, then mix in flour until well combined. Shape into a loaf or log, then freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Dice the ingredients into small pieces, then blend them into the creamy ice cream. Allow the mixture to freeze for 15 minutes or until it becomes solid before enjoying.
