Copycat Zesty Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Irresistible sweet, tangy, and zesty vinaigrette inspired by Chick-fil-A®, perfect for any salad!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.125 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 10 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely cracked black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
  • Whisk together water, sugar, and xanthan gum in a small bowl until smooth and lump-free.
  • In a medium bowl, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, honey, pineapple juice, lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and xanthan gum gel until smooth. Pour the dressing into a vinaigrette bottle and refrigerate until needed.
