Savor your favorite chips with a delicious chunky dip.
Ingredients:
  • 440g can no added salt corn kernels, drained, rinsed
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2.50 gm sweet paprika
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 22.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 58.75 gm extra-light sour cream
  • 50g cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • mini multigrain flatbread crisps, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine corn, onion, paprika, coriander, and chili sauce in a food processor until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then add sour cream and mix well. Season with pepper, top with tomato, and serve with crisps.
