Cheesy corn dip with a hint of Mexican spice - a crowd favorite and always a hit at parties, guaranteed to have guests asking for the recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 3 (11 ounce) cans Mexican-style corn, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • Combine corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, cilantro, Cheddar cheese, and lime juice in a large serving bowl. Add cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well, then chill in the refrigerator before serving.
