Cheesy meat dip served with white corn tortilla chips for a crowd-pleasing snack!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
Instructions:
  • In a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and onion until beef is cooked through and onions are soft. Once done, drain any excess fat and set aside.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, gently melt the cheese. Stir in the ground beef, onion, and diced tomatoes with green chile peppers. Serve while warm.
