"Home Cooked Lasagna: Layers of pasta, rich meat sauce, creamy béchamel, and melted cheese baked to perfection."
Ingredients:
  • 125g butter
  • 74.25 gm sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 112.20 gm sultanas
  • 150.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 500.00 ml cornflakes, crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200C, then generously grease baking sheets.
  • Combine the butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in the egg thoroughly. Gently add the flour a little at a time, then fold in the sultanas. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto cornflakes and shape into balls. Place the balls on greased trays, leaving space for them to spread while baking.
  • Bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
