Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:
  • Combine the cottage cheese, flour, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
  • Prepare a large skillet with cooking spray over medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 3-5 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until golden brown on the other side, for about 3-4 minutes.
