Cranberry and apple granitas

Indulge in a refreshing and sweet pink dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml cranberry juice
  • 262.50 gm cloudy apple juice
Instructions:
  • Mix cranberry juice and apple juice in a large container. Transfer the mixture into a shallow baking pan, cover with foil, and freeze for 45 minutes until slightly firm.
  • Take the granita out of the freezer and fluff it up with a fork. Cover with foil and place it back in the freezer for 2 more hours or until slushy, stirring with a fork after 1 hour.
  • Ladle the granita into serving glasses or bowls and enjoy right away.
