Ingredients:
  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Truvia® Baking Blend
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine apples, cranberries, water, lemon juice, Truvia® Baking Blend, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl; toss to coat the fruit.
  • Coat a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray and spread the fruit mixture evenly in the dish.
  • Mix topping ingredients in a bowl until crumbly.
  • Generously scatter the flavorful crumb mixture over the fresh, juicy fruit.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the apples are perfectly tender.
