Quick and easy cranberry marinade with a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients:
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 (1 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup French dressing
Instructions:
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in a glass or non-reactive baking dish.
  • Combine the onion soup mix, cranberry sauce, and French dressing in a bowl, stirring until fully mixed. Pour the flavorful blend over the chicken breasts, then cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Uncover the baking dish and gently cover with aluminum foil.
  • Roast chicken in a hot oven until golden and crispy on top, for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
