Colorful jelly dessert loved by all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 18.00 gm powdered gelatin
  • 125.00 gm cold water
  • 1.25 litre cranberry juice drink
  • 2 x can lychees, rinsed and drained
  • 5 peaches, cut into wedges
Instructions:
  • Combine gelatine with water in a bowl and let it firm up. Boil cranberry juice in a large saucepan, then simmer. Stir in the gelatine mixture until dissolved. Cool for 15 minutes, pour over lychees and peaches in a bowl. Chill for 3-4 hours until set.
