Cranberry Streusel Muffins

Cranberry sauce muffins with a delicious streusel topping - flavorful and easy to make!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce (from 16-oz can)
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease only the bottoms of 12 regular-size muffin cups with shortening or cooking spray, or line them with paper baking cups. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of Bisquick mix; set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, gently mix together milk, egg, and cranberry sauce with a spoon. Add 2 cups of Bisquick mix and granulated sugar, stirring just until combined. Fill muffin cups halfway and sprinkle with brown sugar mixture.
  • Bake for around 18 minutes until golden brown, then let cool slightly before taking out of the pan.
