Whip up a mouthwatering cranberry-walnut coffee cake with a delicious cinnamon-walnut streusel and zesty whole berry cranberry sauce!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup water or milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and generously grease a 9x9x2-inch square pan.
  • Combine Bisquick, granulated sugar, 2/3 cup water, and egg in a medium bowl until well blended; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Spread the batter evenly in the pan, then sprinkle the mixture of brown sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon on top. Spoon cranberry sauce over the batter.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Whisk the rest of the ingredients until silky and pourable. Drizzle over the cake and serve it warm.
