Quick and irresistible recipe customizable with chocolate chips, coconut, raisins, cherries, or peanut butter. Guaranteed weekly favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 0.5 cup hulled pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 13x9-inch pan with lightly greased parchment paper, making sure to leave some excess paper sticking up on two sides to easily lift out the final dish.
  • Combine quick-cooking oats, old-fashioned oats, pumpkin seeds, almonds, mixed nuts, cranberries, and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Press the mixture evenly into the corners and edges of the prepared pan.
  • Bake until the edges turn golden brown, for 20-25 minutes, adjusting for desired texture - less time for chewy bars, more time for crispy bars.
  • Let the bars cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then use parchment paper to lift them out. Cut into bars using a sharp knife and let them cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
