Stuffed bacon-wrapped chicken breasts with garlic cream cheese filling and butter drizzle. irresistibly tasty and simple to prepare!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons dried chives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, butterflied
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine cream cheese, chives, and garlic in a bowl, then shape the mixture into 4 balls.
  • Take a cream cheese ball and position it in the center of each butterflied chicken breast half. Fold the chicken over the cream cheese, then wrap each chicken piece with a slice of turkey bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place the chicken in a baking dish and generously pour melted butter over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through with clear juices.
