Creamy mushroom soup with chicken broth and sherry - a quick, flavorful delight!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 cube beef bouillon
  • 0.5 cup sherry
  • 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Cook mushrooms for 5 minutes. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms. Gradually pour in broth, stirring constantly. Add bouillon cube and sherry. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and stir in cream. Heat gently without boiling. Serve hot.
