Kickstart your morning with tasty Cream of Wheat® cereal pancakes, chef-approved!
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Maple Grove Farms® Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 0.5 cup Original Cream of Wheat® cereal
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and oil until well combined. Add pancake mix and uncooked cereal, and stir until just moistened.
  • Pour batter onto sizzling greased griddle or skillet in 1/4 cup portions for each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip to brown the other side.
  • Add a generous layer of 1-1/2 cups of fresh cut-up fruit over the pancakes, then drizzle one 8-oz. container of your preferred low-fat yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp. honey on top. Enjoy!
