Rectangular choux pastry baked with chocolate cream cheese filling, whipped topping, and frozen.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3.5 cups cold milk
  • 2 (3.9 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.25 cup milk chocolate flavored topping
  • 0.25 cup caramel topping
  • 0.33333334326744 cup slivered almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • 1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter in water until bubbly. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until a ball forms. Take off the heat and allow it to stand for 5 minutes. Gradually mix in eggs, one at a time, until the batter is smooth and glossy. Spread the mixture in the prepared pan.
  • Bake until puffy and golden in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
  • After allowing the puff pastry to cool, whip together cream cheese, milk, and pudding mix until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled puff pastry and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Smooth the luscious whipped topping over the chilled filling, then generously drizzle with decadent chocolate and caramel sauces. Finish with a sprinkle of crunchy almonds before popping in the freezer for an hour to set. Enjoy after freezing!
