Delicious and comforting creamed eggs on toast with easy white sauce, perfect for using up leftover hard-boiled eggs for a satisfying breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients:
  • 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
  • 6 slices white bread, lightly toasted
  • salt and white pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • First, gently separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Then, place the yolks in a bowl and mash them using a fork. Chop the whites into small pieces and keep them aside.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in flour until smooth. Gradually pour in milk and chicken bouillon while stirring constantly until mixture boils without lumps. Blend in mashed egg yolks until dissolved, then fold in chopped egg whites.
  • Top toast with the dish and generously sprinkle with salt and white pepper to enhance the flavors.
