Cozy winter morning oatmeal with creaminess and fresh fruit, perfect for any age.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 apple - peeled, cored and cubed
Instructions:
  • Combine water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Bring the boiling water to a gentle simmer and stir in the oats. Cook for approximately 5 minutes until the oats absorb all the water. Take off the heat, mix in the apples and raisins, and serve.
