Irresistible chicken skewers with creamy cheese, savory bacon, and rich chicken soup - perfect for any party!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, or as needed
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lay out chicken thighs flat and gently pound with a meat mallet if needed. Spread a layer of cream cheese on each thigh. Roll up the chicken, ensuring the sides are tucked in. Wrap each chicken roll with at least one slice of bacon and secure with a skewer.
  • Place the chicken rolls in a deep casserole dish and generously pour the entire can of condensed cream of chicken soup over them. Cover the dish with aluminum foil for baking.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then uncover. Cook for an additional 20 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked, juices run clear, and bacon is crisp.
