Impress your guests with bacon-wrapped chicken breasts baked over creamy chipped beef sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 ounce) package chipped beef
  • 1 pound sliced bacon
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a gentle 275°F (135°C).
  • Layer the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with chipped beef slices. Wrap chicken breasts with bacon and arrange on top of the chipped beef.
  • Combine sour cream and condensed soup until smooth in a medium bowl. Drizzle over bacon-wrapped chicken breasts, then sprinkle with paprika.
  • Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
