Creamy Banana Pudding

Creamy no-cook banana pudding using heavy cream, instant vanilla pudding, condensed milk, bananas, and vanilla wafer cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups cold water
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
  • 36 vanilla wafers
Instructions:
  • Combine condensed milk and water in a medium bowl, then whisk in pudding mix until smooth. Refrigerate the mixture for 5 minutes to chill.
  • In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form then gently fold into chilled pudding mixture.
  • Coat banana slices in zesty lemon juice and pat off any extra.
  • Layer 1 cup of the pudding mixture into a 2 ½ quart serving bowl. Add 1/3 of the wafers, bananas, and remaining pudding on top. Repeat the layers twice. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
