Delicious baked wontons with creamy vegetable filling - a must-have for any party or gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 0.5 teaspoon chopped fresh basil, or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
  • 1 (12 ounce) package wonton wrappers
  • 0.66666668653488 cup soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine cream cheese, feta cheese, shredded carrot, garlic powder, egg yolk, basil, and parsley in a mixing bowl.
  • Lay a wonton wrapper down, dampen the corners with a wet finger. Add 1 teaspoon of filling in the middle, fold the wrapper over the filling, seal the edges. Repeat with the rest of the wrappers and filling. Arrange wontons on a baking sheet and brush generously with soy sauce.
  • Bake until wonton corners are golden brown, 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven.
