Indulge in decadent eggnog fudge for a festive treat that's a must-have on any holiday spread. Rich, creamy, and irresistibly spiced.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.66666668653488 cup eggnog
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9-inch square pan by generously greasing it and set it aside for later use.
  • In a large saucepan, mix together sugar, butter, eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Attach a candy thermometer to the pan. Heat mixture until it boils, occasionally stirring to melt the butter.
  • Cook the mixture undisturbed until it reaches 235 degrees F (113 degrees C, which should take about 6 to 10 minutes, or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball that flattens when placed on a flat surface.
  • Take the pan off the heat and combine white chocolate, marshmallow cream, walnuts, and vanilla. Mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture is light and the shiny surface becomes matte. Transfer the mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Allow it to cool thoroughly for 2 to 3 hours, then cut into 64 squares for serving.
