Creamy french onion eggs recipe

Quick and easy 6-ingredient meal ready in 10 minutes. French onion dip adds rich creaminess and nostalgic 80s flavor to eggs.
Ingredients:
  • 90g (1/3 cup) french onion dip
  • 40.40 gm thickened cream
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 200g baby spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 55g (1/2 cup) pre-grated 3 cheese blend
  • Sourdough bread slices, toasted, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix the dip with the cream in a bowl.
  • 1. In a frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until wilted. Using the back of a spoon, create 4 indents in the spinach. Crack an egg into each indent. Spoon the dip mixture over the eggs and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook for 3 minutes for soft eggs. Serve on bread.
