Savory pork chops in creamy mustard mushroom sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • 1.5 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Season the chops generously with zesty lemon pepper seasoning. In a skillet, melt a knob of butter until sizzling. Saute the chops for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until beautifully golden brown.
  • Combine the soup, milk, and mustard in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes or until the chops are cooked through. Finish by sprinkling with fresh parsley before serving.
