Crispy and juicy chicken wings coated in spicy seasoned flour and fried to perfection after a dip in evaporated milk. Delightful!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (5.3 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 10 chicken wings
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch paprika, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a resealable plastic bag.
  • 1. Start by pouring the evaporated milk into a bowl. Next, dip a few chicken wings into the milk to coat them well. Shake off any excess milk before placing the wings into a resealable bag. Seal the bag and give it a good shake to evenly coat the wings in the flour mixture. Transfer the coated wings to a plate, ensuring they do not touch each other. Repeat this process with the rest of the wings until all are coated in the flour mixture.
  • In a large skillet, warm up the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Fry chicken wings in sizzling olive oil, turning occasionally, until golden on all sides and fully cooked, about 25 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Sprinkle with extra paprika for added flavor.
