Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and butter up an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • In a bowl, vigorously whisk together eggs, oil, and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves. In a separate bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, then gently fold into the egg mixture until just combined. Spread the oat mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
