Deliciously crispy cookies that shatter with each bite. Bake with care to avoid burning.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 0.33333298563957 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and sugar in a sifter. Mix in oatmeal, light corn syrup, melted butter, cream, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  • Spoon 1/4 teaspoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them 4 inches apart. Bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool briefly before transferring to a plate.
