Ingredients:

  • 0.33333331346512 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 (3 pound) chicken, skin removed, cut into pieces
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet or 13x9-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with foil.
  • Mix together the potato flakes, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt in a medium bowl until fully combined.
  • Coat chicken pieces in melted butter or margarine, then roll in potato flake mixture before placing in pan.
