Crispy green bean fries

Slim down fish 'n' chips with crispy baked sweet potato fries and tender salmon fillets.
Ingredients:
  • 187.50 ml panko breadcrumbs
  • 187.50 ml finely grated parmesan
  • 40.00 ml LSA
  • 150g green beans
  • Olive oil, to spray
  • Tzatziki, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220C (200C fan forced) and prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, and LSA. In a separate shallow bowl, whisk the eggs. Trim the ends of the green beans.
  • Dip the beans in the egg, then coat with the crumb mixture. Place on the prepared tray, spray with olive oil, and bake for 15 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve with tzatziki and lemon wedges.
